Do you repair iPhones too?

We focus on Android phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor and others). If you have a different phone, give us a call and we will work something out.

How much does diagnostics cost?

Diagnostics start at CZK 500, and if you go ahead with the repair, the full amount is deducted from the final price. We always tell you the price before the repair, and if it were to cost more, we do not continue without your consent.

I can't come in person. How do I get the device to you?

In Prague we offer an express pick-up service: we collect the device and return it after the repair for a flat fee of CZK 700. From anywhere in the Czech Republic you can send it to us via Zásilkovna.

What warranty do you give?

We give a 6-month warranty on the work done and 24 months on the spare parts supplied (for some parts, such as batteries, the manufacturer may set a shorter period). You will find the details in our complaints policy.
