2. Sources and categories of personal data processed

The controller processes personal data that you have provided to it, or personal data that the controller has obtained in the course of fulfilling your order (first name, surname, email address, phone number, address).

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  • the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling a service order),
  • the controller's legitimate interest in direct marketing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • your consent to processing for direct marketing purposes pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • handling your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller.

4. Contact form

When you write to us using the form on the website, we process the data you enter in it: your name, email and/or phone number, a description of the device and the text of your message. We use them only to reply to you and, where applicable, to prepare a repair. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The message is sent from the website by email to the controller's mailbox ServisAH@ServisAH.cz, which is operated by the controller's email service provider. The website itself does not store messages. To protect against spam and abuse, the server remembers the IP address the form came from for a maximum of 15 minutes and then forgets it (the controller's legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep the email with your enquiry for as long as necessary to deal with it. If the enquiry leads to an order, the period stated in section 6 applies.
